BestAssets invites Contractors to offer their services for the following trades:
Appraisal Services:
• Must be Licensed or Certified in the state where appraisals are completed.
• Must be FHA experienced and certified in performing appraisals
• Must have evidence of completion on the minimum criteria of the Appraisal Qualification Board
• Must be on the HUD Lender Selection Roster
• Must have references available

Listing Brokers Minimum Requirements
• Must be a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Interest and be in good standing with the Real Estate Commission, Local Board of Realtors and Multiple Listing Services
• Must have adequate equipment and personnel
• Must carry required general liability insurance, Errors and Omission Insurance and state-required worker's compensation
• Must have references available

Property Maintenance Services:

• Debris Removal • Property Cleaning • Carpet Cleaning/Removal • Lock Change • Initial Lawn Cut • Systems Check • Winterization/Snow Removal • Property Securing • Pool Securing • Defective Paint Removal • Periodic Lawn Maintenance • Hazard Removal • Termite and Pest Control

• Roof Repairs • Glass Replacement • Board-Ups • Restoration/Remodel • Septic,Well Inspections • Vinyl Replacement • Electrical • Plumbing/Heating Repair • Fence Repair • Graffiti Removal • Counter Top Installation • Drywall Repair • Tree Removal

Property Managment/Maintenance Subcontractors minimum requirements
• Must be experienced and knowledgable in the applicable field of service
• Must have references
• Must have local or state licenses when required for specific services
• Must have adequate equipment and personnel
• Must carry the required liability insurance and state-required worker's compensation
