Listing Agents your Marketing photos should say just that, Picture it, (BUYER) you in the home of your dreams decorated to taste and I have provided a picture with so much clarity and contrast you will be able to see yourself in the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen etc…

Here’s how we start;

1. Is the photo clear or cloudy? If cloudy re-take the shot.
2. Labeling – Front, Back, Living Room etc… no long labels simply call the shot what it is.
3. Upload 10-15 individual marketing photos
4. Inspection Photo template- is design to help you add the photo with ease, no more than one photo to the area, being sure the entire area is covered. Trying to reduce the size leaves a black image for the upload to P260.
5. Main/Primary Photo- Label should be Front/Front view Photo Type should be Primary Photo
6. Photo Description- Make sure the description matches the label.
7. Vandalism Photos- should be in a PDF format with a description of the area or damages found attached to the email write up
8. iAgent summary Page- Should be picture perfect:

A. Front View

B. Memo Field- NAID #, Cell phone and email address of the assigned agent and preferred appraiser. (Complete immediately upon acceptance of the property no excuses accepted)

C. Lock Box Code- placed in the designated area. (Complete immediately upon acceptance of the property no excuses accepted)

D. Registered Agents Information- Agent Name, Agent’s Email Address, and Agent’s Phone Number.

9. Label Font Size- Should be at 10-11 points anything larger is over kill
10. Picture It/Imagine -You are about to advertise your property in the HUD Home Store Magazine and thousands of potential buyers are viewing this site daily, wouldn’t you want your photos to represent you in the best light? Well in order to do that you are going to have to make a conscientious effort to upload your best photos with clarity and brilliance.
